This custom-built IRD 42" x 42" Duplex High Efficiency Mineral Jig is a Pan American-style unit engineered for high-recovery gold processing and mining operations. Designed to outperform standard riffles, this system is capable of processing approximately 12 yd³/hr when utilized as a cleaner.
- 42 in. x 42 in. processing surface with a 12 yd³/hr capacity
- Powered by a 5 HP, 230/460-volt 3-phase motor
- Water requirements of 50-70 GPM for optimal separation
