Terms and conditions for using Proxy Equipment services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Proxy Equipment's website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Equipment Listings
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment. Proxy Equipment reserves the right to remove listings that contain false or misleading information. All equipment must be legally owned by the seller.
Seller Agreement
Equipment listed through our platform is subject to a separate seller agreement that outlines specific terms, fees, and responsibilities. This agreement will be provided before any equipment is listed for sale.
Purchases
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment before purchase. Shipping and delivery terms are determined on a per-transaction basis.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Proxy Equipment sends transactional text messages — login verification codes; account, lead, delivery, and support notifications; and follow-ups to equipment inquiries made by phone or on a listing, which identify the sales representative handling the inquiry and may include a link to the relevant proxy.equipment listing — to people who provide a mobile number and consent to receive them (for example, our sales representatives during onboarding, or via the opt-in form at proxy.equipment/sms-opt-in). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
Proxy Equipment acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the condition of equipment sold through our platform. All warranties, if any, are provided by the seller.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
